The District is requesting bid pricing for the following promotional items. These items will be ordered on a District issued Purchase Order(s) as needed and shipped to the District's Launch Building located at 1410 S Kansas Expwy, Springfield MO 65807. This location does not contain loading docks, and can accept deliveries Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 3:00 PM without an appointment (with the exception of District holidays). LOGO: The promotional items listed below will contain the launch logo on the item. Please see attached logo below. The logo color will be list on each item. Typically gray, white, orange, black or the two-toned shown in the logo file below. The size of the logo is typically left up to the vendor to determine what size is best for the product being ordered. WEBLINK: In the space below, please provide a link to the item so it may be viewed by our Launch department. QUANTIY: THIS IS NOT A ONE TIME ORDER. Orders will be placed on an AS NEEDED basis. The District typically places 2-3 orders for promotional items per year, but may have additional needs as events occur. Items and quantities ordered will vary with each order. The quantity listed on each item below is the quantity typically ordered per order placed. Not every item listed below will be ordered at the same time. The quantities listed are not guaranteed, but based on past usage. The quantities are for reference only. Occasionally the District may order more than the amount stated on the lines items below. If quantities ordered exceed the estimated referenced order amount below, the contractor shall pass on any quantity discounts available to the District. PROOF: A proof shall be provided prior to the production of all orders. SAMPLES: If needed, samples will be requested via email after the bid has closed. Samples should be sent promptly after requested. The District will not be responsible for any payment or fees associated with the requested samples. All samples will be sent at the bidders expense. PRICING: Pricing listed below shall remain firm for a one year period from the date of award. No price increase will be accepted during the one year contract period. AWARD: The District reserves the right to award by line, by group, all or none. Awards will be made in the best interest of the District. ADDITIONAL ITEMS: the District reserves the right to add additional items on to this contract during the contract period.
