1. Provide data that can be uploaded, and editable into an ArcGIS System, including, ArcMap, ArcReader, etc.: 2. Receive all existing electronic data; i.e. AutoCAD drawings, paper maps hard copy utility maps, as-built information, and historical utility drawings, from the City including 100 scale aerial imagery (Beacon, Cass County, which includes the following, but limited not to, public land survey based quarter quarter section data; political township and incorporated boundaries; cadastral data; soil survey map and database data as information layers in digital GIS format, with appropriate map feature labels and annotation) contours; including, but not limited to, permanent control monuments, establishment of a multi-level control network and consistent coordinate system referenced to the existing Missouri State Plane Coordinate System; voting precinct, school district, fire district, the water distribution system, and water district map data in digital GIS format, with appropriate map feature labels and annotation, including, mains, pumps, tanks, valves, fire hydrants, blow-off valves, air release valves, curb stops, water meters and backflow preventers, and the Water Treatment Plant; with appropriate map feature labels and annotation; the sanitary sewer system; including, all manholes, inspections observations, lift stations, gravity mains, lamp holes, force mains, sewer taps, MH rim heights and MH invert levels, various attributes and the Wastewater Treatment Plant; streets, alleys, traffic signs, street name signs, storm water sewer systems, street lights, parks, trails, trees, cemeteries, public safety, above ground and underground facility utility information (Subsurface Utility Engineering); and sidewalks. 3. Field verification of the water distribution, including, but not limited to location and condition of water main valves, sanitary sewer collection and storm water systems in order to make needed corrections to our water distribution, sanitary sewer collection and storm water systems. 4. Compile all data into a GIS system.
