The City of Florissant seeks a request for proposal for PROFESSIONAL ASBESTOS IDENTIFICATION SERVICE in preparation for possible demolition. The City of Florissant has been working with state and federal agencies to develop and implement programs designed to help homeowners and tenants who experienced damage from flooding in July 2022. The City of Florissant must procure a Missouri Department of Natural Resources-licensed asbestos inspector to complete asbestos inspections and provide a report on 7 multi-family structures, 5 of which are 4-unit and 2 that are 8-unit structures, and associated outbuildings. The City of Florissant reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The addresses for Structures in need of Asbestos Inspection are 6 through 12 Bruce Dr (6 Bruce Dr., 7 Bruce Dr., 8 Bruce Dr., 9 Bruce Dr., and 10 Bruce Dr are the 4-unit structures and 11 Bruce Dr. and 12 Bruce Dr. are the 8-unit structures)
