Overall fence height: 6 feet above finished grade. Fencing alignment shall be straight and true with no more than 1 inch deviation over any 50-foot span. Posts Posts shall be 4' x 4" pressure treated pine, set at 8 feet on center. Post shall extend into the ground a minimum of 24-30 inches, set in concrete. Concrete shall be premixed bagged concrete, or equivalent, minimum depth 24 inches and 10 inches in diameter. All posts shall be plumb and set to proper grade alignment before concrete is cured. Rails (Runners) Fence panels shall include three (3) horizontal rails of pressure treated Rails shall be a minimum of 2’ x 4’ nominal dimension lumber. Rails shall be securely fastened to posts with galvanized or exterior-grade screws. Pickets Pickets shall be 5.5 inches wide by 6 feet tall, pressure-treated pine: top, middle, and bottom. Pickets shall be installed flush and touching edge-to-edge, creating a solid privacy fence with no intentional gaps. Fasteners shall be galvanized or exterior-grade screws, with a minimum of two fasteners per rail per picket (six fasteners per picket total).
