The Mature Matters publication will be provided via PDFs and/or InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop files. We are a PC-based organization and collect all artwork and fonts. Quantity: 1,000 – All quantities are estimates. The City of Maryland Heights reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities shown at any time during the life of the contract to correspond with the actual City’s needs. Frequency: This publication is produced bimonthly. Size: One (1) 11” x 17” pages, printed 2-sided (totaling four (4) 8.5” x 11” pages). Stock: 60# Glossy Book or similar. Ink Colors: Full color, full bleeds, 2-sided. Finishing/Binding: Folded to a finished flat size of 8.5” x 11”; saddle stitched. Pre-Press Data: Printer must be able to work with Adobe InDesign/Adobe Acrobat (PDF files) Prefer FTP exchange capability or uploading zip file to website. Production Time: Five (5) working days for each issue, including providing pre-press services and proofs to the City of Maryland Heights.
