The contractor shall print and deliver the State of Missouri’s Driver Guide (hereinafter referred to as “driver guide”) for the Department of Revenue and the Missouri State Highway Patrol (hereinafter referred to as “state agency”) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. Quantity – The contractor shall understand and agree that the state agency estimates, but cannot guarantee, that approximately 300,000 driver guides shall be ordered on an annual basis. Size – The contractor shall understand and agree that the trimmed size of the driver guide shall be approximately 5 1/4" x 8 1/4". Paper Stock – The contractor’s paper stock shall include the following: Pages – The contractor shall provide 50# or equivalent paper for the cover and 32# or equivalent paper for the text pages of the driver guide. Ink – The contractor shall use soybean-based ink.
