Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work/Services Provided The awarded consultant shall perform and carry out in a good and professional manner, those services necessary for the preparation of a Housing Market Analysis. At a minimum, this work shall include: 1. General Housing Characteristics a.) Supply number of single-family and multi-family dwellings, mobile / manufactured housing units, and permits for all new housing starts b.) Demand demand projections for all price ranges and housing types c.) Condition physical condition of housing structures; number of substandard units d.) Cost sales prices of housing units; availability of affordable housing e.) Identification of areas with low-income and Minority concentrations
