The Lee’s Summit R7 School District is soliciting qualifications from firms capable of providing consulting services on an on-call basis that will support projects proposed in the potential 2025 Bond Referendum. The Consultant will provide services including but not limited to those listed below for ongoing and future Bond and Capital Improvement Projects within the School District. The selected Consultant shall be an independent, third-party consultant who will not be permitted to serve in the role of the Architect, Engineer or Contractor on any project assignments. Furthermore, no firm or contractor controlled by or partially owned by the Consultant or any of its employees or company owners shall be allowed to contract for, bid on, or perform any design, architectural, engineering, or construction services/work on the project. The projects will be delivered through both Design Bid Build and Construction Management at Risk methods as defined by Missouri Law.
