Specifications include, but are not limited to: City Utilities of Springfield is seeking a vendor to perform work on its Physical Security surveillance and access-control hardware/software. This includes Genetec™ access-control hardware, IP network video surveillance and other low-voltage controls. CU’s Physical Security surveillance and accesscontrol hardware is installed in varied work environments in approximately one hundred locations within the Springfield, Missouri area. The locations include power generation facilities, electric substations, water treatment facilities, public transit stations, and office settings. The scope of work will be categorized into two sections consisting of new installation and maintenance/repair work. New installation work efforts will include, but is not limited to the following: • Installing access control hardware on existing doors, gates, turnstiles… • Installing access control hardware on new construction • Installing surveillance equipment on existing facilities or new construction Maintenance/repair work will include, but is not limited to the following: • Maintaining all access control and surveillance equipment • Upgrading access control equipment on existing doors, gates, turnstiles… • Upgrading video surveillance equipment • Troubleshooting, repairing or replacing faulty access control and surveillance equipment remotely and on-site • Conduct annual or as requested cleaning video surveillance camera hardware
