Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing on-site, comprehensive, patient-care oriented pharmacy services for the Department of Mental Health. The contractor shall designate a pharmacy manager for each state agency facility. However, the contractor’s designated pharmacy manager must manage no more than three (3) state agency facilities. The pharmacy managers must be a licensed pharmacist. Duties of the pharmacy managers shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: 1) Supervising pharmacy operations at the state agency facility(s), 2) Acting as the contractor’s liaison representative with the state agency facility(s), 3) Supervising the contractor’s personnel at the state agency facility(s), 4) Coordinating on-site educational services at the state agency facility(s), 5) Providing pharmacy clinical services for the state agency facility(s), and 6) Participating in activities as directed by the state agency facility’s medical director.
