The contractor shall provide pest control services necessary to control pests, including but not limited to, the following: • Rats (indoors and outdoors) • Water bugs • Flies • Mice (indoors and outdoors) • Fruit Flies (Gnats) • Ants (all species) • Roaches (all species) • Silverfish • Spiders • Drain Flies • Mosquitos • Springtails • Fleas and Ticks (indoors and outdoors) 2.3.6 The contractor shall treat all areas of the facility as needed to control pests. Areas requiring special attention include the following: All food service areas All dining areas All canteen areas Warehouse (Food Service Section) Equipment and storage closets Medical Break rooms TCU – Transitional Care Unit 2.3.7 The contractor shall apply pesticides to all break rooms, food service preparation areas, and warehouse areas only when these areas are not in use.
