Flying Insects x12, Bioremediation x 24; Specifications for Pest Prevention & Extermination of the City Justice Center: Roaches, Fleas, Gnats, Lice, Crab Lice, Bees, wasps and other stinging insects, Rodents (mice and rats), and any other crawling insects or unspecified pests. Roaches and general pests twice monthly, Basement (including the kitchen), 1st floor Break room and locker rooms/Lobby, including entrance and employee contraband locker/Business Office and Elevator shafts, 2nd floor medical, 3rd -5 th floor outside of the units, flying insects once monthly, Bioremediation twice monthly in all drains-All showers and laundry areas.
