The successful bidder will be required to print on all personal and mobile home lists: the tax year, taxpayer’s name, address, pin number, account number, bar code, tax codes, vehicles & other assets, and mobile home information. The business lists will be required to have printed on them 2025 assessed value, name, address, account number, bar code, tax codes, SIC code and vehicle & other assets. The bar codes on all lists must coincide with the account number on the list. This data will be supplied to the vendor by electronic media provided by the county. The bar code is the account number in a BC C39 3 to 1 HD Wide format. The successful bidder will need to create the 1/3-page E-File insert with a QR Code that directs them to our website. The insert will need to be on colored paper to semi-match the color on the front of the lists.
