2.1 General Requirements: 2.1.1 The contractor shall provide Payroll Services for DYS’ Jobs Program in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall understand and agree the state agency may need payroll services for an estimated two hundred (200) youth workers, and an estimated twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) checks may be issued per pay period (i.e., every other week) under this contract. However, the contractor shall also understand and agree the state agency shall make no guarantee as to a minimum or maximum quantity of payroll services provided throughout the duration of the contract period. 2.1.3 The contractor shall provide training to appropriate personnel of the state agency regarding any forms, documentation, or information necessary to set up new accounts for youth workers for the processing of payments, at a location mutually agreed upon between the contractor and the state agency. 2.1.4 The contractor shall perform all services to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.5 Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein.
