Contractor shall perform all necessary prep in new and existing area, including but not limited to: Repair and prime of all damaged surface area, cleaning surfaces, caulking joints, puttying of defects and nail/screw holes, and masking and protecting of non-painted surfaces/materials. Contractor shall apply 2 coats of customer selected paint color to existing surface. Contractor will be required to touch up reasonable areas upon final inspection and shall clean-up all overspray, and remove all waste created by the work. Contractor will remove all existing wall paper (lobby) and will patch repair to provide a paintable surface. All cove base will be remain in place. Painter will prep and paint all existing door frames and trim to acceptable finish. Painter will prep and paint all existing steel doors, excluding front entry doors. on interior and exterior. Customer will provide color of interior and exterior paint for steel doors. Contractor will paint all existing hand rails in stairwells. with 1 coat of paint. Color specified by customer. Customer will remove all pictures and non attached items prior to contractor painting. Contractor will provide all materials, labor, and equipment needed to perform task. Lincoln County Missouri will move all furniture to center of room or make every effort to allow room to complete task. Contractor will work with Lincoln County PM on schedule to keep contractor moving and keep business up and running.
