Specifications include, but are not limited to:ontractor will be available to provide photos to customers of Santa’s Cottage during Christmas Traditions Festival hours: Opening Day, Saturdays, Sundays, and Christmas Eve during the 2017 Christmas Tradition’s Festival. Contractor will supply the camera, printer, lights and all other necessary hardware required for the purposes of capturing and printing photos and delivering finished product in photo folio. Contractor will provide staff photographer and an assistant (cashier) – both in costume. Costume will be provided by/approved by Christmas Traditions as well as an assistant for collecting payment. Contractor will collect payments from all visitors for photos. Contractor agrees to pay Saint Charles Christmas Traditions 15% of gross sales by January 31, 2018. Christmas Traditions will provide “elf” support for lines as well as Santa Photographer will provide business card to customers with contact information for any questions regarding service or product. Contractor will remove their equipment from Santa’s Cottage on 12/24/2017
