5.1 Overview St. Louis County (County) Department of Public Health is seeking bids for a Contractor to provide professional phlebotomy services. The Contractor will offer on-site phlebotomy services at County Department of Public Health (DPH) health centers. 5.2 Phlebotomy Services 5.2.1 The Contractor will provide 4.0 full time equivalents (FTE) of phlebotomy coverage (1.0 FTE per location listed in 5.2.2). FTEs subject to change with 2- week advanced written notice from the County. 5.2.2 FTE can be provided by more than one phlebotomist, however, this must be approved in writing by the Health Center Administrator or assigned designee prior to assignment. Coverage cannot overlap. 5.2.3 Phlebotomists will work on-site at: A. John C. Murphy Health Center, 6121 North Hanley Road, Berkeley, MO 63134 B. North Central Community Health Center, 4000 Jennings Station Road, Pine Lawn, MO 63121 C. North Central Community Health Center – STI Clinic, 4000 Jennings Station Road, Pine Lawn, MO 63121 D. South County Health Center, 4580 South Lindbergh Boulevard, Sunset Hills, MO 63127 5.2.4 Phlebotomists will be present on site during DPH’s regular business hours for direct patient care for laboratory draws from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Phlebotomists will have one hour break for lunch, time determined by Health Center Administrator or assigned designee. 5.2.5 Hours are subject to change with 2-week advanced written notice from the County.
