To provide pest control for both the interior (spray, pest and rodent traps), exterior (Spray and rodent traps), Termite control (spray and outdoor bait traps as needed) and monitoring services in accordance with Board Policy EBAC, to all Grandview C-4 School District locations in the following manner: Service every school (interior/exterior) monthly Service the transportation, maintenance, central office and Grandview Assists Program (GAP) (interior/exterior) quarterly. Monitor and provide services as needed throughout the year Respond within 12 hours to any pest concern Service schools after hours Use highest quality and safest baiting system available on the market to ensure no airborne exposure to students or staff Perform all work at schools by licensed service representatives. Provide two (2) log books per site one to be maintained in the main office and 1 in the kitchen managers for health inspections and for food service personnel to record pest sightings Provide sanitation reports to the food service personnel to eliminate pest harborage
