Packaging The Liquid De-icing material shall be delivered in 4,500-5,000 gallon bulk lots. The supplier shall furnish the truck driver a copy of the bill of lading, manifest, or truck ticket to be delivered to Street Department personnel prior to unloading, showing the following information regarding the shipment: a. Consignee b. Destination c. Type of material d. Purchase Order Number e. Truck number and weights of truck before and after loading f. Date loaded g. Name and location of source h.
