Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The selected Contractor will be the employer for staff filling designated roles at the job center, act as the “One-Stop Operator”, provide workforce development services and programming, specifically Adult and Dislocated Worker programs, and be subject to the Next Generation Job Center integration framework. B. The selected Contractor’s employees will work alongside employees of other workforce development agencies and accept direction from St. Louis County Department of Human Services and the LWDB. C. The St. Louis County Region consists of all geographic boundaries of St. Louis County. There is one comprehensive Missouri Career Center location at 715 Northwest Plaza Dr. in St. Ann. D. The minimum hours of operation for the Missouri Career Center are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday. Proposer may identify additional proposed hours of services.. E. The contractor is required to provide staffing in all positions on all days the Career Center is open to the public. St. Louis County is closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day Martin Luther King, Jr. Day President’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Veteran’s Day Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Day
