MARC relies on a strong internal staff team to advance and support work outlined in the agency's Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). MARC is seeking qualified and competent consultant support to provide On-Call Planning Support Services for assistance with various MPO projects and programs, on an as-needed basis. MARC intends for the RFQ process to result in the execution of On-Call Planning Support Services Agreements and subsequent Task Orders (TOs) between MARC and the selected firm(s). An example of potential tasks may include: Support in various public outreach & engagement efforts and campaigns, including public meetings, focus groups, surveying, etc. Support towards development of scope of work & budget for future year UPWP projects and programs Support in data collection & transportation studies Transit and Coordinated Human Services Planning Limited modeling and analysis work Conduct traffic studies, speed studies, on-site traffic counts Support of MARC staff and stakeholder agency training activities Provide grant-writing support, including cost benefit analysis for grant applications
