Specifications include, but are not limited to: This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals for the provision of quality customer service and office management services in the most effective and efficient manner possible to serve individuals seeking Motor Vehicle and Driver License services in the geographic location listed in Attachment 1 as set forth herein. The contractor shall: a. Operate a license office under the name of the legal entity, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), and IRS tax filing type identified in the signature blocks at the bottom of the RFP cover page. If the named legal entity has a DBA registered with the Missouri Secretary of State and the DBA name is in active status, the contractor may use the DBA in association with the operation of the license office. b. Manage such license office and perform all required duties for such office relating to the collection of motor vehicle and marine sales and use taxes and processing of related title transactions and the sale of motor vehicle and marine registrations and driver licenses (including nondriver licenses, permits, etc.) under the provisions of Missouri law, including, but not limited to section 136.055, RSMo, and chapters 32, 115, 144, 301, 302, 303, 306, 307, 643, and 700, RSMo, and state agency policies and procedures. 1) References to the Department of Revenues policies and procedures can be found throughout this document.
