Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the following: Location Dimensions Description; East Entrance to Greenhouse 90’ x 8’ New sidewalk installation; Beside Greenhouse (Road Side) 100’ x 10’ Sidewalk/infill between road and greenhouse; Behind Greenhouse 5’ x 160’ and 5’ x 145’ Sidewalks from greenhouse to south entrance and fork to existing sidewalk; East Entrance Infill ~11’ x 75’ (2 sections) Infill in front of entrance; Construction Requirements; The contractor shall perform the following tasks for all sidewalk and infill areas: • Excavation and haul-off of dirt/topsoil • Forming and prepping for concrete • Installation of rebar reinforcement • Pouring, finishing, and stripping concrete • Saw cutting relief joints • Backfilling with topsoil • Seeding and strawing for restoration; All concrete must meet ADA compliance and district specifications.
