Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Crestwood is requesting proposals for newsletter printing and mailing services, activity guide printing and mailing services, and other stationery printing services; The City expects to print and mail six (6) editions of the resident newsletter each 12- month period – every other month – under this proposal with the first printing for the February 2023 edition. The City expects to print two (2) editions of the activity guide each 12-month period under this proposal with the first printing in February 2023 for Spring/Summer, and the second printing in August 2023 for Fall/Winter (although there is an alternative bid for three versions of the newsletter enclosed, as well). Printing services for City stationery and other printing requests will be on an as needed basis. 1. Recreation Guide (printed twice a year) Layout, cover design, fonts and photos furnished by Parks and Recreation Department electronically. Quantity: 8,000 for Spring & Summer, 7,500 for Fall/Winter — All quantities shown are estimates only. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities shown at any time in the life of the contract to correspond with the actual City's needs.
