Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor will be required to remove and replace the slate tile roof on the Historic Registered Nims Mansion at Bee Tree Park, as outlined in drawings, including, but not limited to removal of existing slate shingles, underlayment/ice protection membrane, flashing and counter flashing, drip edge, wood freize and trim, and any patching materials. Protect and repair scuppers and downspouts, replace cricket and deteriorated materials over rear window wall. Installation of ice dam protection/roof underlayment over the entire roof, new flashing, drip edges and wood frieze edge, new slate shingles to match existing, snow and ice guard and reinstallation of existing gutters and lightning protection system.
