MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to remove and replace mansard and gable roofing. Removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, downspouts, and gutters. Provide flashing as required for a fully functional and watertight roof system. Gable roof box vents to be removed and sheathing inserted to cover holes. Contractor to install vented ridge cap, continuous snow guard on both side, prefinished 26 GA steel roofing over 1"x4"'s attached continuous horizontally @ 24" O.C. maximum over synthetic felt on existing roof sheathing. Install 5'-0" of continuous ice dam membrane starting from the roof edge over the roof sheathing. 26 GA prefinished drip edge to match roof color. Foam closer at roof edge. Prior to replacing any sheathing contractor shall notify MoDOT personnel for approval. If it is found that all/any of five (5) sheets are not used a deduct change order using the unit price per sheet will be created.
