The Office of Administration, Information Technology Division (ITSD) on behalf of the Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) requires cloud hosting services for the existing AgEnterprise and AgLabs National Agribusiness Technology Center (NATC) AgraGuard applications.. Acclaim Systems, Inc. is the sole authorized vendor for the NATC for AgEnterprise and AgLabs andis the only vendor certified by the NATC to provide the maintenance, technical support, enhancements, and cloud hosting required by ITSD/MDA for the AgraGuard applications. As a result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria as a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044 as the state is pursuing this acquisition as a Single Feasible Source.
