The Office of Administration, Information Technology Division (ITSD) on behalf of the Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) requires the addition of licenses for AgEnterprise Egg and Milk and the addition of the VET-CVI mobile application for the National Agribusiness Technology Center (NATC) AgraGuard applications ITSD/MDA current utilizes. Acclaim Systems, Inc. is the sole authorized vendor to the NATC for AgEnterprise, AgLabs, USAHERDS, USALIMS, USAPlants; Acclaim Systems is uniquely positioned to provide the expertise and support necessary for a seamless transition required by ITSD/MDA for the AgraGuard applications. As a result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria as a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044 as the state is pursuing this acquisition as a Single Feasible Source.
