The City seeks a modular, cloud-based or on-premise system (or hybrid) that addresses the following functions: - Core Financials: General ledger, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipting, and budgeting - Payroll: Including time tracking, leave management, employee self-service, and state/federal compliance - Permitting and Inspections: Permit issuance, tracking, workflow, reporting, and publicfacing portals (preferred) - Project Accounting: Tracking capital and departmental projects with budgets, expenses, and reporting - Utility Billing (Optional): Fully integrated billing for electric, water, and sewer utilities with customer portals and Tantalus integration - Reporting: Robust reporting features with ad hoc capabilities, dashboards, and alert tools - Data Conversion, Training, Support, and Maintenance: End-to-end implementation support
