Fully adhered 60-mil TPO roofing membrane system, approximately 41,435 square feet. Demolition and Preparation Remove existing roofing system completely down to the structural deck. Wire brush rusted deck areas thoroughly to remove all loose rust and debris. Apply rust inhibitor paint to all prepared deck areas exhibiting rust. All debris to be hauled by licensed company and disposed of at licensed landfill. Roofing System Installation Install self-adhering vapor barrier directly to the prepared and cleaned deck surface. Mechanically attach two layers of polyisocyanurate insulation to achieve required Rvalue. Install a half-inch DensDeck cover board, secured with low-rise foam adhesive. Fully adhere a new 60-mil TPO roofing membrane system to achieve a 20-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty. Install proper walk pads around serviceable rooftop equipment.
