Mobile Command / Investigative Trailer Unit that meets the following minimum requirements: CHASSIS: Model must be Ford E-450 Cutaway or equivalent; Must have a 7.3L V8 gasoline engine, and a fuel tank capacity of 40 gallons; Transmission should be 6-speed automatic; GVWR of approximately 14,500 lbs & payload capacity of up to 8,980; Wheelbase should be 176 inches; Length should be approximately 17 feet; POWER SYSTEMS: Unit must have a gasoline-powered onboard generator sufficient to power all internal systems (8kW), mounted in rear or side compartment, and capable of using the vehicle's fuel tank or separate fuel tank for extended operations; Unit must have a 30 or 50-amp shore power inlet for external power connection when parked at fixed locations (such as during base operations or emergency sites); INTERIOR CLIMATE CONTROL: Unit must have an heating system sufficient to maintain a comfortable internal temperature, can be integrated into the interior for even distribution of heat, and can run off generator or shore power; Unit must have two (2) 13,500 BTU (per unit) roofmounted air conditioners to provide adequate cooling for the entire unit, powered by onboard generator or shore power when stationary, and have thermostatic controls for each unit
