1. The Contractor shall understand and agree that any herbicides delivered to MoDOT that are labeled differently than the labels submitted with the bid may be rejected. a. All herbicides must be registered in Missouri and manufactured in the United States. b. All herbicides furnished as a result of this document shall be inspected and approved before use. Inspection of the herbicides may be made at the point of manufacture, intermediate storage point, or at destination at the discretion of MoDOT. Material damaged in transit will be subject to rejection at its destination. 2. The Contractor shall provide herbicides in the size of containers as specified herein. a. Bulk packaging shall not be accepted, except as specified herein. 3. If requested by MoDOT, the Contractor shall provide peel and stick labels for transfer cubes.
