Nimble Hiring, PBC qualifies as a single feasible source because they are the sole provider for the current educator job board provided to Missouri teacher candidates and school districts. DESE collaborated with Nimble Hiring, PBC to submit a grant proposal to the Walton Family Foundation for a three (3) year continuation of the educator job board implemented during the pilot program. The Walton Family Foundation approved the grant application to provide funding to continue these services beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028. The tools and processes described above, and approved in the Walton Family Foundation application proposal, are proprietary and only available from Nimble Hiring, PBC.
