Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Public Safety’s State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) requires an upgrade on the hardware and software system for three (3) existing MinXray instrument systems currently owned and in use by SEMA during medical emergencies. SEMA is requesting a single feasible source (SFS) contract with MinXtray, Inc for the upgrades on existing MinXray XGSMK7 Gas Spring Portable Monitor Stand with Generator currently in use by DMAT. MinXray, Inc. is the sole source and provider of the MDRKCW- MinXray’s digital upgrade - deployable Portable Digital Radiography System with wireless detector package specifically designed for the XGSMK7/MinXray Generator or existing MinXray CMDR system. This system configuration and components including the imaging software package are designed and supported exclusively by MinXray.
