The contractor shall furnish 24 hour service, seven days per week service, and shall stock Micro Markets according to a schedule that ensures the Micro Markets never become empty of any product(s) or have product(s) that have expired. If necessary, in order to fulfill this requirement, the contractor’s schedule may require service and stocking one or more times per day, especially during peak sales times. a. The contractor must have trained, competent service personnel available within 24 hours of the Department’s request for repairs on Micro Market equipment. The contractor must provide the name(s) and telephone number(s) of the service personnel to the Department in order for the Department to report malfunctions. 3.4.2 The contractor must provide trained, experienced route sales personnel for Micro Markets. The contractor’s route sales personnel must have relevant knowledge, skills, and the ability to provide effective and efficient Micro Market Services. 3.4.3 All of the contractor’s service and sales personnel must wear distinguishable uniforms while working at the specified locations and must comply with the requirements of building management regarding the stocking and servicing of the Micro Markets.
