(1) Project consists of installation of permanent HVAC system for the Visiting Team’s Locker Room and expanding the Southend Zone Bunker Club to serve as a Recruiting Room. (2) Demolition shall consist of removal of existing building components to support the new construction. (3) Architectural work shall consist of new exterior wall in the Recruiting Room space which includes a multi-panel folding glass system and aluminum storefront to views on to the field. The existing serving area will be modified to support catering kitchen for events within the space. (4) Structural work shall consist of new footings to support the new exterior wall, and new posts and lateral structural header to support the folding glass door system. (5) Mechanical work shall consist of a new air handling unit and condensing unit and associated ductwork to provide permanent HVAC to the Visiting Team Locker Room. Within the SEZ Recruiting Room space, new ductwork and new VAV boxes will be provided for the additional enclosed building space. (6) Electrical work shall consist of new light fixtures, receptacles and power for equipment as required.
