Community/Staff Input- Facilitate a series of meetings with city staff as well as the Mayor and City council including a minimum of two community meetings to gather input and report results of findings. Plan- Plan should include but not be limited to: • Analysis of site and infrastructure • Planning and design of new park and possible phases of renovation • Conceptual drawings of suggested improvements • Estimated cost of renovations, labor, equipment, and upgrades • Possible collaboration options for site upgrades Products • An initial plan in digital form should be provided to the City for review. The plan should document the process with appropriate text and estimated costs for the planned renovations to 6140 N Hanley along with conceptual drawings of such plans. • After review and comment on the draft report, 3 copies of the final report should be provided to the City in 8 ½ X 11” format with color maps and drawings along with 1 digital copy.
