1. Contractor shall be responsible for the design, fabrication, installation, and configuration of the combined Meeting Rooms 1 & 2. 2. Contractor to provide submittal drawings for each Meeting Room as well as hardware specifications to the Library for review before proceeding with the manufacture of the final product. 3. The Contractor will utilize existing hardware with new system design, including: Projector Screen and motor (x3), Projector Mounting Pole (x3), Clickshare Devices (x2), XLR Input Plate (x2). 4. The Contractor will be responsible for the demolition and removal of existing technology not mentioned in the previous condition, which may be considered obsolete for the renovated space. 5. Contractor to coordinate and include all cabling work needed for this process, note requested Extron XTP DTP 22 cabling for twisted pair needs.
