The City requires top priority service for emergency situations which may affect our mission to supply quality water to our customers. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the following mechanical systems related work items: • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, calibrations, verifications and testing of mechanical systems in any City owned and/or operated facilities. • Repair, replace, make modifications, installations, and additions to any/all mechanical systems in City owned and/or operated facilities. • Provide unscheduled emergency repair, installation or modifications to mechanical systems as required to keep City mechanical systems and equipment operating safely and efficiently 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to include weekend and holidays and to respond to the service location within one hour of receiving notification from the City Representative, in emergencies. • Perform any and all work as requested by the City related to the mechanical system trade for which bids are herein sought. • Preventative Maintenance schedules will be discussed between the selected contractor and the City Water Division staff.
