The intent of this request is to enter into a professional specializedtechnical services contract with qualified individuals or companies to:a. Develop a budget inclusive of a requested dollar amount, including a budget page,and narrative description that defines the proposed use of funds.b. provide trained certified instructors to facilitate educational curriculum and lifelearning sessions of the program sessions of the Night Hoops programc. Provide predetermined age appropriate program goals and objectives.d. Assist with the public relations and marketing efforts of the program.e. Be responsible for the training, hiring, and scheduling of officials, security andsupport staff for the basketball components.f. Report and invoice on forms suitable to the City, a narrative defining progress to dateincluding an itemized description of all services performed on a monthly basis of theMayor's Night Hoops programs.The term of the contract will be for ten weeks, of which eight weeks will be the actualprogram No additional specifications were given.
