Specifications include, but are not limited to: the provision of marketing services for the City of Columbia, Missouri; Service awareness is a critical component of a successful air service initiative. To support air service improvements at COU including a new terminal and enhancement flight options require aggressive and comprehensive marketing campaigns. Columbia Regional Airport is seeking full-service agencies to assist with the development and implementation of marketing and media programs that promote COU as preeminent source of air travel to the flying public by providing reliable quality services, competitive fares and courteous and helpful staff in a safe secure environment. Further, it is our duty to provide a cost effective, high value full service airport facility, which will enhance the economic well-being and quality of life in the mid Missouri area. Work with Columbia Regional Airport to develop research-based, comprehensive, targeted marketing and brand-positioning programs for leisure and business travelers. Creative direction and design production (online, social media, print, video, audio, mobile, etc.) to support overall marketing strategy. Coordinate and perform campaign production services including, but not limited to: creative concept, graphic design, photography, copywriting, proofreading, video production, video editing, and casting. Development of promotions, activations and programs to drive enplanements and deplanements. Develop content for the FlyCou.com website Implement Search Engine Optimization best practices throughout the website, in both content and site structure Build awareness of the Airport’s new terminal and enhanced passenger experiences to increase passengers through enplanements and deplanements. Work with the Airport team, Economic Development and the Communications and Creative Services to ensure brand, messaging and marketing alignment. Ensure all advertising materials reflect the CoMo brand. However, should it be required, offeror must be capable of proposing new brand identity, standards and positioning. Regular project meetings with representatives of the Airport and comprehensive reports regarding activities and the established project metrics.
