The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) has an ongoing need for maintenance, support, and consulting services for MSHP’s existing SOR, CCH, and SMS systems. Computer Projects of Illinois, Inc. (CPI) is the sole owner of the software and marketing rights to the OpenFox® Message Switching suite of products deployed for use by MSHP and therefore is the sole source for maintenance and support, new development and upgrades including encryption, new interfaces, and database modifications. As a result, this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria as a single feasible source under RSMo 34.044 as the state is pursuing this acquisition as a Single Feasible Source.
