CPD shall prepare the microfilm and an encrypted portable hard disk (HDD) for the Contractor to pickup. Contractor shall pickup and secure a one month batch of microfilms and the portable HDD for CPD each month. Each Microfilm roll measures 16mm x 100ft and estimated to carry 2,500 images. CPD has approximately 1,900 rolls of Microfilm for conversion/scanning. The contractor must follow CPD-mandated security regulations for data stored on its hardware as follows: Any CPD data stored on the Contractors “storage mechanism” shall be encrypted at all times. This may include, but is not limited to, hard drives, etc. CPD shall be allowed to verify that no CPD data is stored on the vendors equipment. CPD data shall not traverse the public internet at any time.
