5.2.1 Semi-Annual Tasks: A. Glycol pumps – re-grease pumps using NLGI (National Lubricating Grease Institute) grade 2 lithium-based petroleum grease B. Glycol pump motors – re-grease using Polyrex EM (Electric Motor) grease C. Ammonia sensors – calibrate 2 ammonia sensors 5.2.2 Annual PM Tasks: A. Evaporative Condensing unit i Inspect spray nozzles ii Inspect heat transfer section iii Check belt condition and replace it if necessary iv Adjust belt tension if necessary v Lubricate fan shaft bearings vi Lubricate motor base adjusting nut vii Check fans for rotation without obstruction Only remove shaft seal cover, head cover, and hand hole cover, then remove piston and connecting rod. When no abnormality is found, it is not necessary to remove crankshaft and bearing housing. viii Check oil receiver level and drain if necessary ix Test high and low pressure cut outs x Check refrigerant levels B. Compressor Package i Plate valve – replace ii Plate valve spring – replace iii Cylinder sleeve – inspect Replaced only if abnormality is found. iv Piston – inspect Replaced only if abnormality is found v Piston ring – replace vi Piston pin – inspect Replace only if abnormality is found vii Connecting rod bearing halves – replace viii Crankshaft pin – inspect Replaced only if abnormality is found ix Mechanical seal assembly – inspect Replace only if abnormality is found x Oil control ring (3rd) – replace xi Needle bearing for high stage connecting rod – replace xii Gasket – replace xiii “O” ring – replace xiv Other parts – inspect Replace only if abnormality is found xv Suction filter – clean xvi Oil strainer – clean xvii Oil filter – replace xviii Lubricant – replace xix Motor – replenish of grease Refer to the operation manual of electrical equipment. If no description is provided, it is recommended to replenish the grease every 1,000 hours. xx Shaft seal cover, head cover, and hand hole cover – remove for inspection; remove piston and connecting rod if required. When no abnormality is found, removal of the crankshaft and bearing housing is not necessary
