Concrete Slab for Communication Building approx. 31’-10” x 12’, with 6’x6’ stoop. • Excavate, grade, and compact area for slab. • Excavate for 24” deep X 18” wide grade beam both ways. • Install forms for 6” thick concrete. • Install #4 rebar @ 18” cntr for slab and #4 closed stirrups on 18’ centers and four (4) #5 top and bottom with two (2) #4 in the middle of grade beam • 3500 PSI concrete and complete with a smooth troweled finish Stoop to have med broom finish. • Remove forms, back fill around slab and in between the slab and fence curb with 6” of crushed aggregates. • Stub out will be installed by contractor. Quantity, sizes, and location will be determined by owner. • Form wreck out and clean up/minor raking of construction debris handled by contractor.
