Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1 Event #1: Trip the Lights Fantastic Bicycle Ride – Event contact: Tina Spallo 816-503-4872. 5.1.1 (12) Light towers to be delivered to the Frank White Jr. Sports Complex. 5.1.2 Location: 3901 SW Longview Rd., Lee’s Summit, MO 64081. 5.1.3 Delivery to be before 11:00 am on Sunday, November 19. 5.1.4 (12) Light towers to be used for 4 hours on Sunday, November 19. 5.1.5 (12) Light towers will be fueled and ready for pick up on Monday, November 20. 5.2 Event #2: Christmas in the Sky – Event contact: John Johnson 816-503-4823. 5.2.1 (12) Light Towers to be delivered to Longview Lake Beach. 5.2.1 Location: 11101 Raytown Road, Kansas City, MO 64134. 5.2.3 Delivery to be before 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 22. 5.2.4 (12) Light towers to be used for 6-7 hours on Wednesday, November 22. 5.2.5 (12) Light towers will be fueled and ready for pick up on Thursday, November 23. Vendor must prearrange date/time pick up as Parks staff and or Ranger will need to unlock road gates.
