The Work for the project, Legacy Lake Dredging (Legacy Park), includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Hydraulic dredging of sediment from Legacy Lake; transportation and placement of the dredged material at a designated site located southeast of the lake; performance of construction surveys; implementation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures; development, operation, and maintenance of designated sediment placement areas; installation and maintenance of a temporary dredge pipeline from the dredging area to the placement area; seeding and establishment of vegetation; demobilization; and all related ancillary and subsidiary activities necessary to complete the work. The sediment placement area shall be design and constructed with containment berms, utilizing on-site material in accordance with the Contractor's approved work plan.
