Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Snow and Ice Removal Services – The contractor shall invoice after a snow event at the incremental pricing per occurrence as stated on the Pricing Page. The contractor shall NOT include the prices as stated on the Pricing Page for Ice Melting Agent Application and Hand Shoveling/Sweeping Snow or Ice Melting Agent when invoicing for a snow event. b. Ice Melting Agent Application and Hand Shoveling/Sweeping Snow – The contractor shall invoice for the labor to apply ice melting agent and hand shoveling/sweeping snow in the event of a refreeze or a freeze as requested by the Department representative at the per hour rates as stated on the Pricing Page. c. Ice Melting Agent – The contractor shall invoice for, ice melting materials applied in the event of a refreeze or a freeze as requested by the Department representative at the prices per pound as stated on the Pricing Page.
