Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Missouri Campus Facilities-Landscape Services is requesting proposals for landscape maintenance at Mizzou North and RADIL as needed between March 1 and November 30. The specific areas involved are listed in the attached maps, which are incorporated in this document. However, the University reserves the right to add additional facilities at our discretion. The services requested in this document will be for the maintenance of the established landscaping on the University property as indicated on the attached maps. Services will be those that are associated with the routine and customary horticultural care of landscaped areas. The services will include: lawn maintenance; weed control, shrub, and ground cover maintenance; litter removal. The University is also requesting bids for snow removal services at these facilities from suppliers with commercial accounts and experience with commercial snow removal services. We are seeking a supplier that will give our accounts very high priority for services when the demand presents. The desire of the University is to have a single Contractor who can provide both services.
