1. Cleaning all Hoods, Filters, Drip pans, Fans, Duct, Flue, and Plenum runs. Care must be taken to protect and prevent damage to any Fire Suppression components during cleaning. 2. Cleaning/Polishing all associated stainless steel shall be included in the Hood Cleaning Service. 3. The Contractor shall also clean the exterior area(s) where the filters are cleaned, mop the floors around the hood areas, and clean all food preparation areas that were soiled during the cleaning process. 4. All filters are to be cleaned outside of the kitchen area. 5. Clean filters and drip pans are to be returned to the Exhaust Hood and installed in the appropriate manner. 6. No Filters will be cleaned indoors at any sink/dish areas 7. All areas should be cleaned and ready for use once the work is completed.
